A Case In Point - Bradford & Bingley plc

Bradford & Bingley plc has recently moved to an outsourced model for the provision of both IT development and delivery services. Perspectus was retained to help structure and manage the transformation of Bradford & Bingley’s IT organisation.

Perspectus consultants have played pivotal roles in:

	managing supplier relationships;
	framing and negotiating the prime outsource agreements;
	designing and implementing the ‘retained IT’ organisation;
	designing and implementing the Governance Framework to ensure effective working with outsource service providers and achievement of outsource objectives; and
